CleanLoop Terms of Service
CleanLoop is operated by YC Systems LLC. These terms govern access to CleanLoop websites, mobile apps, dashboards, APIs, pilot services and related laundry operations tools.
Use of the Platform
Users may use CleanLoop only for lawful laundry pickup, delivery, operations, billing, tracking and support workflows. Users are responsible for accurate account, order, address, service and billing information.
Roles and Responsibilities
Customers, drivers, laundry partners, admins and operators may have additional role-specific rules, onboarding requirements, service-level expectations and commercial terms.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans, usage commissions, pilot fees, subscriptions, refunds, payouts and taxes are governed by the applicable order form, billing terms, Stripe configuration and written commercial agreement.
Proof, Tracking and Communications
CleanLoop may capture transport activity, status updates, pickup and delivery proof, signatures, photos, device data and service communications needed to operate and verify orders.
