CleanLoop Terms of Service
CleanLoop is operated by YC Systems LLC. These terms govern access to CleanLoop websites, mobile apps, dashboards, APIs, pilot services and related laundry operations tools.

Use of the Platform
Users may use CleanLoop only for lawful laundry pickup, delivery, operations, billing, tracking and support workflows. Users are responsible for accurate account, order, address, service and billing information.
Roles and Responsibilities
Customers, drivers, laundry partners, admins and operators may have additional role-specific rules, onboarding requirements, service-level expectations and commercial terms.
Payments and Subscriptions
Prices, taxes, minimums, pickup and delivery fees, subscription terms and any recurring billing are shown before checkout. By completing checkout, customers authorize the displayed charge and any recurring charge clearly identified at purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled from billing settings or through account deletion; cancellation timing and refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Proof, Tracking and Communications
CleanLoop may capture transport activity, status updates, pickup and delivery proof, signatures, photos, device data and service communications needed to operate and verify orders.
Cancellations, Problems and Account Closure
Cancellation availability and any fee depend on the order stage and costs already incurred. Report missing items, damage, service differences or billing concerns promptly through CleanLoop support so the order evidence can be reviewed. Customers may request account deletion in the app or on the account-deletion page. Active orders, refunds and protection cases must be resolved before final deletion, and future pickups are cancelled when a deletion request is confirmed.
Service Availability and Responsibility
CleanLoop may pause or limit service for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, weather, partner capacity or technical maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, CleanLoop is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, and YC Systems LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
